Merger of EastWest Peso Money Market Fund and
EastWest Peso Short Term Fund (Unit Investment Trust Fund)

EastWest Peso Money Market Fund and EastWest Peso Short Term Fund will be merged effective January 14, 2022. As a result of the merger, the existing EastWest Peso Money Market Fund will be terminated effective January 14, 2022 while the existing EastWest Peso Short Term Fund will be renamed as EastWest Peso Money Market Fund.

In view of the merger, we are inviting you to convert your unit holdings to the NEW and reinforced EastWest Peso Money Market Fund. The Fund will have the following features.

Investment Outlets Diversified portfolio of short-term fixed income securities with a portfolio modified duration of not more than 1

We will be sending an official communication letter to all affected clients of the UITF merger by November 26, 2021. Kindly send back the letter with your disposition and signature not later than January 13, 2022 through the representatives of your EastWest store of account.
