What is webStatement?
webStatement is an online-based facility accessible through EastWest Online that enables credit cardholders to download, view, and print a copy of their Statement of Account for the last 3 months.
How much does it cost to use webStatement?
webStatement is free of charge.
What do I need to download, view, and print my webStatement?
To access your webStatement, you need the following:
- EastWest Online enrollment
- Internet connection
- Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download here).
How can I access my webStatement?
You can access your webStatement through EastWest Online at https://personal.eastwestbanker.com.
If you are not yet enrolled to EastWest Online:
- Go to https://personal.eastwestbanker.com.
- Click “Sign me up”.
- Read the General Terms and Conditions.
- Click the tick-box at the bottom of the page to confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, then click “Continue”.
- If you only have a Credit Card, click “No” on the Debit or Prepaid account type confirmation message in order to display the next option with the “Credit Card” confirmation message. Click “Yes” to proceed with the enrollment of your EastWest credit card.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions displayed on the screen. Enter the applicable details and click “Confirm” on every page.
- A confirmation page with the details of your enrollment request will be displayed. Click “Continue” to confirm.
- You are immediately enrolled to the EastWest Online facility and you can view your EastWest credit card account right away. A confirmation of the enrollment activation will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
If your EastWest credit card is not yet linked to your EastWest Online enrollment:
- Go to https://personal.eastwestbanker.com.
- Click “Update Credentials” located at the bottom of the Log in now box.
- Choose “Link a Credit Card”.
- Enter your EastWest debit card number and PIN, then click “Confirm”.
- Follow the step-by-step screen display instructions. Enter the applicable details and click “Confirm” on every page.
- Your EastWest credit card is now added to EastWest Online banking and you can immediately access your account.
How do I view my webStatement in EastWest Online?
- Log in to https://personal.eastwestbanker.com with your username and password.
- Click “View Credit Card details” to display the list of your active credit card/s.
- Choose the credit card you wish to view the account details and transactions.
- Click “Download Statement” to view or print any of your last 3 months Statement of Account.
Note: This facility is not available in EastWest Mobile App.
