EASTWEST PAYMENT CHANNELS

Conveniently pay your EastWest credit card due on or before the Payment Due Date through any of these EastWest Payment Channels:

1. EastWest Stores
   Cash and check payments are accepted at any EastWest store. Payments in cash within store hours (Monday to Friday) and checks received before the clearing cut-off are posted within 24 hours from payment.

   • For cash payments and EastWest check payments, your credit limit will be updated on the next banking day from payment date.

   • For non-EastWest check payments, your credit limit will be updated after two (2) banking days from payment date.

2. EastWest Online
   For EastWest deposit account holders, you can use EastWest Online to pay for your EastWest credit card. Simply register your EastWest deposit account in www.eastwestbanker.com. Log in and choose Manage Biller to add the EastWest credit card to your list of billers. Direct debit payment made before the 8:00 P.M. cut-off is posted within 24 hours from payment. Your credit limit will be updated within the next banking day from payment date.

3. EastWest Automatic Debit Arrangement
   For EastWest deposit account holders, you can automatically pay from your deposit account to your EastWest credit card on your Payment Due Date. You can choose to pay the Total Statement Balance or Minimum Payment Due on every due date. Your credit limit will be updated within the next banking day from payment date. To enroll, visit your EastWest store of account.

4. EastWest ATMs
   EastWest ATMs accept direct debit payments from your EastWest deposit account or any BancNet-member bank. Simply follow the instructions displayed on the ATM screen. Payment made before the 12:00 A.M. cut-off is posted within the next banking day from payment date. Your credit limit will be updated after two (2) banking days from payment date.

5. EastWest Rural Bank Stores
   EastWest Rural Bank stores accept cash payments only. Payments made within the store hours (Monday to Friday) are posted within the next banking day from payment date. Your credit limit will be updated within the next banking day from payment date.

EASTWEST ACCREDITED PAYMENT CHANNELS

EastWest accredited payment centers accept cash and check payments. Payments made at these payment centers are posted within the next banking day from payment date but are recognized as payment made on the actual transaction date.

• For cash payments, your credit limit will be updated after two (2) banking days from payment date.

• For check payments, your credit limit will be updated after three (3) banking days from payment date.

• For payments made via GCash, your credit limit will be updated after two (2) banking days from payment date.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

For EastWest Stores, EastWest Rural Bank Stores, and SM Bills Payment Centers:

• You or a representative can pay at any Payment Center. Simply fill out the Payment Instruction Slip in case you are not able to bring your printed Statement of Account.

• All check payments should be payable to EASTWEST CREDIT CARD. Write legibly the principal cardholder’s name and the EastWest credit card number at the back of the check. Only on-us or local checks are accepted.

For Komo (powered by EastWest):

• Log in to your Komo account and choose Pay on your dashboard. Select Credit Card then choose EastWest Bank Credit Card and input your credit card details. Review correctness of payment details, swipe up to confirm, and then authorize payment via OTP or biometrics. You will receive an SMS notification of your successful transaction.

For GCash Mobile App:

• Log in to the GCash app and choose Pay Bills. Select Credit Cards then choose EastWest Bank from the list of accredited banks. Enter the 16-digit EastWest credit card number, payment amount, and your e-mail address. Review correctness of payment details, then press Confirm.
